Which parents don't feel proud if their children become leaders? Every child principally has the potential to become a leader. Therefore, the soul of leadership needs to be trained early. By implementing child leadership training, it will automatically make children grow into independent children.

The soul of leadership in children can train a sense of responsibility, discipline, and perseverance that is beneficial for the child's future. 1 # Proactive
Be the one who always takes the initiative is a great step to be a leader. Familiarize children to be able to determine their own attitudes, actions, and moods. Only, give understanding if they also must always be responsible and not blame others if they make mistakes.

2 # Make a plan
A leader should have make a plan and set targets to be achieved. Familiarize them to do things that are valuable and can make a difference. You can let children get used to making daily targets and making targets for their achievements. Then, remind the child of the target and help to achieve it.

3 # Can determine priority

4 # Think of winning
