Choosing the right person in the organization is the beginning of forming a successful team. Having great people who work for organizations is one thing that supports that step. However, we cannot just hope that the team alone is enough to change the organization. There are other factors that play a role, one of which is leadership.

A person's leadership style can change according to the circumstances around him. A leader must be able to see, observe, and pay attention to the surrounding environment so that he can think that he will use the leadership style in how to deal with the situation.

Several factors can influence changes in a leader's leadership style, such as the tasks to be performed, the state of the staff, and the situation during the assignment. Leaders can change their leadership style according to their needs so that they can get maximum results.

The characteristic of a strong leader is passion and responsibility. Both of these are the differences from ordinary or situational leaders. People always respond well to leaders who have passion about their work or life.

The spirit and responsibility of a leader can be contagious so that team members will find that they are motivated to do their best when led by a passionate leader. In addition, strong leaders are leaders who also accept responsibility for the actions of the entire team.

The leader must be able to make decisive decisions which means they must accept responsibility for the decisions made and the consequences they cause. Not only that, the ability to follow up also plays an important role, being able to see the consequences of managerial decisions to the end and accepting full responsibility for the team.

If you are still a manager, you must change yourself to become a leader. The difference between a manager and a leader is that leaders have a greater interest in the area of "heart and spirit". So that leaders must create extraordinary people in the organization.

In addition, leaders must help the team grow so that the organization can grow. The leader must also be involved in updating the team's knowledge. So be a great leader so that you will get great people. Change leadership in a good one is always possible.

But, understand that changes in the leadership style of a leader will still leave the identity or true nature of the leader. All leadership styles have their own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, a leader must be able to be wise in all situations.
