A leader is expected to be able to bring the organization to achieve its goals. However, not all leaders can achieve organizational goals. 1 # Having a vision for the future.
Effective leadership starts with a clear vision. A clear vision can forcefully encourage changes in the organization. A leader is a change inspirational and visionary, which has a clear vision of where his organization will go. Without vision, leadership will have no meaning at all.

A good leader, must be able to assess people's abilities and delegate tasks based on the results of the assessment. He will not be able to delegate tasks if he does not trust others. 7 # Able to Hold Emotions.

11 # Dexterous and Full of Innovation.
In the face of opportunities and threats, an effective leader needs to have an agile nature and dare to innovate. That is, leaders must be alert to changing situations and take advantage of existing opportunities with available resources.
