Besides having the 10 character traits above, a leader needs to develop at least three important things to strengthen the charateristics of good leadership. The following are things that a leader can develop:

1 # Build a standard
A leader must be able to build an ethical framework in an organization. Of course this requires a commitment to maintain the climate and culture desired by members of the organization. Something that is shown by example exemplary will be easily applied into a rule, unlike knowledge, ethical behavior will be learned directly through observation rather than by hearing from workers.

In a fast-moving situation, an example that is immediately shown in front of the eye will be a certainty for the workers. The ability to create standards will foster trust and openness to workers, which in turn will support the organization's vision.

2 # Provide support and develop
A leader needs to help workers in terms of learning, training and coaching. This attitude will create a conducive work climate for workers to work and study. In other words, a leader should not miss the opportunity to teach or even learn something new.

Willingness to provide assistance shows a caring attitude to be involved by encouraging and developing other people who are less experienced. The workers or work team that they develop will know that they are taking risks, learning by making mistakes, and in turn winning at the last moment.

3 # Integrators
A leader organizes various activities that take place throughout the organization by giving a view of the future and how to prepare the ability to get it. A success can be achieved if there is unity of determination and effort.

An integrator has a sixth sense or intuition to predict where a problem will arise, thus the meaning of their presence will be felt during the crisis. Nevertheless the leaders will still give confidence that the workers or the work team will make the best contribution, and be able to do work within the corridor of the organization's vision.
